Emlet ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at emlet.app and the associated email generation service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your email prompts or generated content to train AI models.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share data only with the following categories of third parties, and only as necessary:

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Emlet, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated emails for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We may also use analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not work correctly without them.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
